Booking Policy

To secure your spot, a booking deposit, equaling the amount of 20% is due within 5 days
The rest of your balance needs to be paid cash on arrival.
Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of your reservation

In case of cancellation all the deposit payment is non-refundable
There will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays, or illness.
Early departure of the retreat will be regarded as last-minute cancellation, the guest will be still fully charged for the entire stay.
There are no refunds for the package price if a participant cannot attend any fitness or surf classes for any reason, including but not limited to no-shows or illness. Participants are encouraged to attend all scheduled activities to fully benefit from the retreat.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund.

Any damages to or loss of surfing materials (Surfboards, Rash guards, leashes, fins) must be paid for by the participant responsible.
It is highly recommended that participants obtain private travel damage insurance to cover any potential losses or damages incurred during the retreat.

By participating in the retreat, all participants agree to assume all risks associated with surfing and fitness activities.
The retreat organizers will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation.
Surf & Fit Retreat does NOT provide any medical or insurance nor coverage. It is the responsibility of each participant to take out travel and personal accident insurance cover.

By registering for the Surf and Fitness Retreat, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
